About filters

During the Analyze phase, you apply filters to select a subset of files for promotion or export. Using templates, you can filter for documents based on document properties (such as file date or type), by collection information (such as Custodian or Source), and by keywords. You can use existing filter templates, or create custom reusable filter templates. After running a filter job, you can rerun the filter job with keyword modifications in the Keywords panel in Inspect or Review.
